Media www.rajawalisiber.com – U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry met virtually today from Tianjin, China with People’s Republic of China Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission Yang Jiechi to discuss bilateral and multilateral efforts to address the climate crisis.
Secretary Kerry underscored the importance of U.S.-China cooperation to reduce global emissions and raise global climate ambition. He also emphasized the findings of the recent IPCC climate report and the importance of decisive climate action that will allow the world to move forward faster together and avoid the worst consequences of the climate crisis.
