Briefing organized by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) The speakers include Mr. Martin Griffiths, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator; Mr. Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East; Ms. Lynn Hastings, Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and United Nations Resident Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
The briefing will be chaired by Ms. Lisa Doughten, OCHA’s Director of the Humanitarian Financing and Resource Mobilization Division.
